Sime Darby Property NEV ( Holdings ) of Malaysia, a member of Sime Darby Property’s New Economy Venture ( SDP NEV ) platform, has established a sukuk programme of up to 2.60 billion ringgit ( US$637.25 million ) to finance the development of “build-to suit to lease” data centres and industrial and logistics assets – marking, the company says, another milestone in its expansion into Malaysia’s fast-growing digital economy, and industrial and logistics developments.
